Job summary

Infosys Oracle unit seeks a Package Consultant 2 to drive ERP customization, integration, and optimization across Oracle SCM, Inventory, and Maintenance Cloud solutions. You will contribute to architecture design, supervise PoC activities, and deliver scalable ERP enhancements within a global delivery model.

The role emphasizes end-to-end implementation, robust documentation, and effective collaboration with stakeholders to meet business objectives and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in two green field implementations in Oracle SCM Cloud.
• Experience in Oracle Inventory Cloud, Oracle Maintenance Cloud.
• Experience in Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes and Problem Definition.
• Experience to work on PoC ideation, creation and demonstration to client.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.

Required Skill And Experience

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Experience in business processes related to Customer Service, Service Entitlements/Coverages is desirable
• Experience in working in projects with Agile methodology.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Additional Details

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in the location Everett, WA will be between $80201 to $117128
