Concept Plus is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud Specialist to join our team in Fairfax, VA. The role focuses on Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS, including migrations or implementations, configuration, and ongoing maintenance for Human Resources, Talent Management, Workforce Management, Payroll, Reporting and Analytics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of managerial and technical direction for complex systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Experience implementing or migrating to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Experience documenting business requirements and leading fit-gap analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Configure and customize Oracle Cloud HCM to meet requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for issues and provide troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrations.
• Train and mentor junior team members in best practices.
• Lead system testing and end-user training.
• Provide ongoing user support and updates on Oracle Cloud functionality.
• Support business development efforts with technical insights.
