Concept Plus is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP expert to join our consulting team in the United States. You will lead implementations, configure modules, and ensure smooth integration with client systems, delivering best-practice configurations and effective solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of ERP leadership, Oracle E-Business Suite and Fusion Cloud experience, plus strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years directing complex systems projects
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite
• Experience migrating to Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Strong client-facing consulting background
• US Citizenship and background check required
• Oracle Cloud SaaS certifications preferred
• Functional Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS implementation experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Oracle Cloud ERP module implementations.
• Configure and customize Oracle Cloud ERP to meet business requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for application issues and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integrations.
• Train and mentor junior team members on Oracle ERP best practices.
• Lead system testing and end-user training.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshooting.
• Stay current on Oracle Cloud Financials functionality and updates.
• Support business development pursuits with technical insights.
