Join a high-impact Oracle Fusion Cloud program where you’ll help shape the technical solution from the ground up as a Senior Software Engineer. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers the chance to work closely with a system integrator on a meaningful implementation while supporting scalable development, integration, and production readiness.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the system integrator and internal stakeholders to design and engineer an end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud solution
- Develop, configure, integrate, and support technical solutions on the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform
- Translate business and functional needs into technical designs and implementation plans
- Create and maintain technical design documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in planning, system design, development, testing, maintenance, and support activities
- Review code and design approaches with team members to help ensure quality and consistency
- Troubleshoot issues and support system and user acceptance testing, including issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture, data requirements, and integration needs
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members when needed
- Support application maintenance and production needs, including participation in an on-call rotation as required
Skills
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud is required
- Strong background in software engineering, including development, configuration, and integration
- Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions
- Experience creating clear technical documentation and design artifacts
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience supporting testing, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and timelines
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise implementations
- Previous partnership experience with a system integrator
- Background mentoring or coaching other engineers
- Experience reviewing system architecture across integrated platforms
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving project needs and emerging technologies

The pay range for this role is $49 - $85 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
