Job summary

Hiresquad Resources is actively seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Benefits Functional Consultant for two separate requirements in the United States. The role focuses on hands-on implementation or application support with extensive production support experience and at least one full implementation.

The consultant will handle requirements gathering, design, and deployment tasks, along with creating Functional Design Documents for Benefits integrations and reports.

Qualifications

• 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Benefits implementations.
• Hands-on configuration of Benefits Programs, Plans, Options, Eligibility Profiles, Rates, Life Events and Open Enrollment.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, CRP, SIT, UAT, deployment and go-live.
• Experience preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs) for Benefits integrations and reports.
• Experience working with third-party Benefits vendors, carriers and integration teams.
• K-12 / Public School District experience.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Extensive Oracle Fusion Cloud Benefits application support experience — MANDATORY
• At least ONE Oracle Fusion Cloud Benefits implementation — MANDATORY
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve live Benefits production issues
• Strong expertise in eligibility, enrollment, life events, rates, Open Enrollment and Benefits configuration issues
• Experience in incident management, root‑cause analysis, defect resolution and production enhancements
• Experience with Benefits carrier integrations, interface failures and data reconciliation
• Oracle quarterly updates, regression testing and post‑go‑live support
• Experience preparing FDDs for Benefits integrations, reports and enhancements
• K-12 / Public School District experience
• Excellent functional troubleshooting and communication skills
