The IT Senior Business Analyst – Oracle Financial Systems serves as a strategic partner at the intersection of Finance and Technology. This role is responsible for supporting and administering Oracle Fusion Financial modules and associated enterprise integrations and reporting systems.
The position blends hands‑on ERP systems administration with business analysis and cross‑functional coordination. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, Data Engineering, and IT Product Management to ensure system configuration, integrations, reporting structures, and governance processes align with enterprise financial objectives.
This role requires both technical fluency and business acumen, with the ability to translate accounting processes into scalable, well‑governed system solutions.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, the individual will have the ability to perform the outlined duties of the position along with multi‑task and multi‑project capabilities.
The individual must have the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. They must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. In addition, they should be able to speak effectively before groups of individuals, including the industry, employees, and customers.
The individual must have above‑average mathematics skills. This includes adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
The individual must be able to solve practical problems and deal with various concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. They must be able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carson, CA.
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
