A leading IT solutions provider is seeking an Oracle Functional Consultant specializing in Order Management. The role involves designing comprehensive solutions for Order Management processes and supporting the testing and implementation phases. Candidates should have strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite with a focus on order processes, and experience integrating with WMS and transportation systems is highly valued.

This person will be a key member of Oracle Project team as subject matter expert of Order Management, responsible for designing solutions for Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Returns and works on integrations with external Transportation and WMS systems. Job duties include requirement analysis, Functional design documents, working with the development team to assist in building the solution, Unit Test, and provide support to business in testing the solution and provide hyper care after go-live.
General Experience:
The person should have Oracle E-Business development experience with a focus on Order Management, pricing and shipping. The person must have be a subject matter expert in Oracle Application Software with the following functional areas:
Work with business process stake holders to get the business requirements and design standard processes. Must also be able to implement best practices in the process areas. Work with the developers in designing and developing a solution to meet the end user requirements. Experience working in an Oracle OM Applications environment. Experience in transportation management is a huge plus. Must have strong knowledge of Oracle E_Business application functionality. Strong trouble shooting and analytical skills. Oracle R12.2 experience is a plus:
1. Order Management processes and workflows.
2. Oracle EBS Architecture and knowledge of all the related modules
3. EDI 850 and 855
4. Picking and Shipping
5. Returns and Standard Credits
6. TMS integration – Preferably with Manugistics
7. WMS Integrations
8. Experience in File transfers between two systems
9. Integration experience with Inventory and Purchasing modules
10. Experience in large volume transactions environment and Custom development
