Qualifikationen

• Direct experience with Oracle Finance applications.
• Hands-on functional or application support in an Oracle Finance environment.
• Experience includes application-level support, not just infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Finance/Business or related.
• Working knowledge of finance processes and Oracle financial modules.
• Strong experience with General Ledger and Accounts Payable.
• Exposure to Fixed Assets, Projects, Cost Accounting, AR and/or Cash Management.
• Ability to lead as a hands-on manager addressing complex production issues.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day functional and application support for Oracle Finance systems.
• Take direct ownership of complex production issues and escalations.
• Work closely with Finance teams to understand business requirements and resolve system issues.
• Support General Ledger and Accounts Payable processes.
• Assist with additional Oracle Finance modules and related business functions.
• Analyze application problems and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Partner with technical teams, business users, and stakeholders on system improvements.
• Help maintain system stability, performance, and reliable financial operations.
• Lead and support team members while remaining hands-on.
• Contribute to enhancements, process improvements, and longer-term technology initiatives.
