Base pay range

$130.00/yr - $150.00/yr

As a Functional Oracle Field Service Cloud Consultant at Atom, you will be working to understand customer goals/requirements, expectations and challenges, analyze situations/data, for configuring or developing business & technical solutions on the Cloud.

You will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle Field Service solutions to meet our clients' specific needs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design, configure, and implement Oracle's Field Service applications, including MES, FSM, SCM, and Quality Management solutions.
• Customize software to fit unique business processes and workflows.
• Integrate Oracle solutions with other systems and applications used by clients.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to clients' employees on how to effectively use the new systems.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of implemented solutions to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Oracle's fField Service products and industry best practices.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle's Field Service solutions.
• Strong understanding of and field service processes and best practices.
• Proven expertise in Oracle's E-Business Suite, Cloud, or other relevant Oracle products.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in Oracle Field Service applications.
• Experience with industry-specific standards and regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO).
• Experience with cloud-based deployments of Oracle solutions.
