Pi Square Technologies is seeking an Oracle FCCS expert to join our delivery team in the United States. You will translate business needs into technology-enabled consolidation solutions and lead delivery from design to deployment, collaborating with clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Oracle FCCS and hands-on experience with intercompany eliminations, currency translation, month-end close, and SEC/statutory reporting. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Oracle FCCS experience.
• Experience in at least 2 Oracle Financial Close and Consolidation implementations.
• Strong knowledge of month-end consolidation, SEC and statutory reporting.
• Knowledge of intercompany eliminations, currency translations, and financial statement presentations.
• Proficiency in business rules for consolidations, automation of cash flow, translations and currency overrides.
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Financial Reporting Studio or Narrative Reporting.
• Excellent communication to gather requirements and present viewpoints with clarity and confidence.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Play pivotal role in activities from requirements gathering to project closure.
• Lead the complete solution design using Oracle FCCS.
• Lead a team and mentor junior team members during the project tenure.
• Work independently on project delivery and manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Good understanding of data conversion, integration, and reconciliation processes.

Position Requirements

Youll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Translate business needs into Technology enabled solutions
  
• Responsible for planning delivery, assess risks, gather requirements, design, development & delivery of Oracle Consolidation solutions
  
• Provide functional knowledge and expertise in the core consolidation processes like intercompany eliminations, currency translation, month end consolidations.
  
• Provide expertise in Oracle FCCS / HFM related to outlines, calculations, load rules, Web Forms, Smart View, Security, application validation and will be responsible for the quality of deliverables
  
• Will be expected to play a pivotal role in all activities ranging from requirement gathering till project closure
  
• Will be responsible for the complete solution design using Oracle FCCS
  
• Lead a team and Mentor / supervise junior team members during the project tenure
  
• Work independently on project delivery and manage stakeholders (both internal and external)
  
• Good understanding of Data conversion, integration, and reconciliation process
  

Must have skills

• 5+ Years of Oracle FCCS experience
  
• Worked on at least 2 Oracle Financial Close and Consolidation implementations
  
• Good understanding of Month End Consolidation, SEC and Statutory Reporting
  
• Must have a good knowledge of intercompany eliminations, currency translations & financial statement presentations
  
• Proficient in creation of Business Rules Custom consolidations, Intercompany eliminations, automating Cash Flow, Custom Translations and Currency Overrides, Dynamic calculations
  
• Good knowledge of reporting tools (such as Financial Reporting Studio, Narrative Reporting, or any third-party reporting tools)
  
• Good communication skills with respect to understanding their requirements and explaining our point of view with cohesiveness, clarity, and confidence
  
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
