Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, MIS, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years supporting or implementing Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) and/or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Proficiency with Oracle Cloud reporting tools: OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, and/or ADFDI.
• Ability to write and troubleshoot complex SQL queries.
• Experience configuring AR, AP, GL, Projects, Costing, and Fusion Tax.
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and EDI processing.
• Experience with Vertex and/or Coupa (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working independently in Agile/iterative delivery environments with SLA-driven support.
• Continuous learner who actively explores AI tools and stays current on emerging technologies.
• Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, professional, and quality-focused.
• Skilled in incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and SLA-driven support.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional production support across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Projects, Costing, and General Ledger on Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle R12.
• Configure and support Oracle Cloud modules across AR, AP, GL, Projects, Costing, Fusion Tax, and Expenses, including R12 equivalents.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configure Oracle Cloud/R12 solutions.
• Troubleshoot incidents, defects, and service requests within SLAs, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive fixes.
• Write and tune SQL queries against Oracle database tables for data extraction and reporting.
• Support Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and R12 patching, assess impact and coordinate sign-offs.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation (BRDs, FDDs, SOPs, etc.).
• Build and maintain reports/dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher; support data migration with FBDI/ADFDI.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, Vertex, Coupa).
• Partner with Finance, Tax, Procurement, Projects, and IT to improve processes and controls.
• Support audit and SOC activities, ensuring evidence of changes and access reviews.
