Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an experienced Oracle Engineering Lead to lead the design, development, integration, and modernization of enterprise solutions across Oracle EBS R12.2, OIC, and Oracle Fusion Cloud. This role provides technical leadership and partners with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, high-performing solutions.

Work is onsite Monday–Thursday with Fridays flexible; travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years experience with Oracle EBS architecture, performance tuning, release management, and support models.
• Hands-on experience with OIC and Oracle Fusion Cloud including Visual Builder, Groovy Scripting, BIP, OTBI, and FBDI.
• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, Java, Oracle APEX, REST/SOAP/JSON.
• Experience driving Lean Agile, DevSecOps, and continuous improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Oracle certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, development, and integration across Oracle EBS R12.2, OIC, and Fusion Cloud.
• Drive delivery using Lean Agile practices to improve velocity and value realization.
• Champion DevSecOps and continuous improvement across the SDLC.
• Promote Test-Driven Development to improve quality and reduce rework.
• Partner with business, architecture, and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Coach and mentor team members and promote strong engineering quality, security, and delivery practices.
• Provide governance and escalation oversight for critical incidents, supporting issue resolution teams.
• Support Oracle roadmap planning, governance, and engineering standards.
