Job summary

M&S Consulting in Pasadena, CA seeks an Oracle EBS Specialist to design, develop, and support Oracle EBS customizations, extensions, and reports. You will develop SQL/PLSQL code, tune performance, and implement interfaces and data loaders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.X and configurations.
• Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL development and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of Oracle Workflow, XML Publisher, and Reports.
• Experience with OAF and personalization features.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integration projects.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency preferred for onsite work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Lead Enterprise System Analyst to review existing business requirements and gather new requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and present options.
• Map current-state and future-state business workflows.
• Recommend Oracle configuration updates to optimize business processes.
• Support ESA in implementing new features and/or system changes aligned with approved functional designs.
• Troubleshoot application issues through resolution.
• Log and manage Oracle Service Requests.
• Create and update functional design documents, technical design documents, and process flows associated with configurations or approved customizations.
• Develop scalable Oracle SQL/PLSQL code including procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
• Update existing code to meet evolving requirements.
• Tune and optimize queries for performance.
• Build or retrofit interfaces, APIs, and data loaders.
• Support custom extensions including Form Personalizations.
• Diagnose system bottlenecks, debug functional and technical issues, and apply fixes.
• Support testing and user training activities.
• Perform additional duties as directed by project team.
• Provide bi-weekly status reports.
