Job summary

Sierra-Cedar is seeking motivated and experienced Oracle ERP Cloud Functional Lead consultants. You will lead client engagements, map business requirements to Oracle ERP Cloud functionality, and configure applications to meet client needs.

This role requires 50-70% travel with projects executed both remotely and on-site at client locations nationwide. Candidates should have 5+ years in a Functional Lead role and experience in GL, AP, AR, and Asset Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years experience in a Functional Lead consulting role.
• Oracle ERP Cloud experience in at least one module: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud release 10 or later.
• Upgrade and implementation experience.
• Prior ERP (financial) implementations/upgrades.
• Willingness to travel 50-70%.

Responsibilities

• Provide Oracle ERP Cloud functional consulting services as a subject matter expert.
• Lead clients through the full cloud implementation lifecycle.
• Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle ERP Cloud functionality.
• Configure Oracle ERP Cloud applications to meet client needs and document setups.
• Develop security and validation strategies and plans for Oracle ERP Cloud projects.
• Lead migration of configuration, integrations and extensions to Production.
• Communicate status and issues to the project manager/client regularly.
• Share knowledge to improve implementation methodology.
