Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM technical lead for the Global Planning & Budgeting portfolio. The role emphasizes Hyperion Planning, Essbase design, and advanced scripting with Groovy/Java.

You will guide a distributed team across time zones and translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality engineering output, collaborating with Project Managers, and ensuring adherence to architectural standards in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Over 13 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud services including OCI IaaS/PaaS, Essbase databases, and EPBCS in Oracle EPM SaaS.
• Expert level experience with Essbase outlines, Calc scripts, MaxL, and related tools.
• Strong knowledge of multidimensional concepts and large Essbase designs.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Maintain effective communication within the team and with leadership; raise issues when necessary.
• Produce high-quality engineering deliverables within project timelines.
• Build and evaluate a project to detailed design specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering staff.
• Lead a team of developers across multiple locations/time zones.
• Develop and deliver technical systems; ensure architecture compliance.
