Job summary

EY is seeking an expert Oracle EPM/Hyperion specialist to support the Global Planning & Budgeting portfolio. The role emphasizes Essbase design, FDMEE, and Hyperion Financial Reporting across multiple time zones.

You will translate business requirements into technical specs, lead a distributed team, and deliver high-quality engineering artefacts within project timelines while mentoring engineers on best practices.

Qualifications

• 13+ years hands-on experience with Oracle EPM including Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and FDMEE.
• Strong knowledge of multi-dimensional concepts and large Essbase design.
• Experience with Hyperion Forms, Task Lists, and Smart View VBA.
• Experience delivering globally for Oracle EPM solutions and financial planning workflows.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Oracle EPM solutions.
• Lead a team of developers across multiple locations/time zones and ensure design quality.
• Produce high quality engineering deliverables on project timelines.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices.
• Develop and support Hyperion Planning and Essbase based processes.
• Collaborate with global IT teams and stakeholders.
