Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically five or more years of hands-on Oracle EPM experience, including production support.
• Experience supporting budgeting, consolidation, reconciliation, or planning cycles.
• Experience in managed services or multi-client consulting.
• Relevant Oracle EPM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing functional and technical support for Oracle EPM applications.
• Manage incidents and service requests from intake through resolution.
• Monitor data loads, integrations, and application performance.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support on service requests and complex issues.
• Assist in enhancement projects and knowledge management.
