Job summary

Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to manage Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS), Smart View reporting, and data integration support. The role collaborates with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely financial data for budgeting, forecasting, and management decisions.

Responsibilities include administering EPBCS, loading and reconciling data, improving reporting templates, and supporting month-end close and variance analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting financial systems, FP&A processes, accounting systems, or BI tools.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, EPBCS/PBCS, Essbase, and Oracle Smart View.
• Experience using Oracle Smart View for reporting, data retrieval, and data submission.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Administer Oracle EPM Cloud applications including EPBCS planning and reporting environments.
• Maintain metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, forms, dashboards, reports, and business rules.
• Support monthly/quarterly/annual planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Test Oracle EPM updates, enhancements, patches, and configuration changes.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT on security, access reviews, change management, and governance.
• Load, validate, reconcile, and certify data in EPBCS for actuals, forecasts, budgets, and reports.
• Support data integrations from source systems and data quality issue investigations.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Smart View templates and reports; train end-users.
