Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Principal Solutions Architect at Argano plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between sales, delivery, and the client, ensuring that the solutions proposed are both feasible and valuable. The Architect interacts with the sales and delivery teams to estimate, scope, and architect solutions for clients and prospective clients. They require a high level of functional and technical expertise in their area. They oversee and guide the architectural aspects of mid to large projects and contribute to sales strategy and execution pre-sale. They develop models illustrating how a product/solution provides value and assist in detailed solution definition and design during implementation. With broad or unique expertise, they contribute to company objectives and achieve goals creatively and effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain understanding of current and planned applications, tools, and technologies related to Argano's supported Oracle platforms.
  • Lead solution design through project implementations, overseeing critical milestones.
  • Complete RFP responses.
  • Work with sales to drive sales cycles to completion.
  • Communicate promptly and appropriately to resolve client satisfaction issues, escalating as necessary.
  • Build relationships internally and externally with clients and the Oracle Cloud community.
  • Lead strategic business process transformation sessions with clients to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead design meetings to determine client business process requirements and technical needs.
  • Architect overall solutions and implementation strategies.
  • Perform quality control on estimates and Statements of Work.
  • Participate in defining and delivering project proposals, estimates, and strategies.
  • Guide clients and coworkers on product information, tools, techniques, and process changes.

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Understanding of EPM Cloud applications and system design.
  • Knowledge of project implementation methodologies and common challenges.
  • Ability to engage effectively at senior organizational levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously or in teams.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Experience managing large projects, including planning and estimating.
  • Ability to support sales as Subject Matter Expert.
  • Understanding of business drivers and parameters.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • Oracle certification preferred.
