We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Manager to lead the administration, implementation, and optimization of our Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. This role will be responsible for driving financial planning, reporting, and analytics initiatives while ensuring the seamless operation of Oracle EPM applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Planning, Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, and Narrative Reporting.
• Manage financial planning and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee system configurations, integrations, and automation to enhance performance and functionality.
• Partner with finance and IT teams to align Oracle EPM solutions with business goals.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
• Train and mentor users on best practices, new functionalities, and system enhancements.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and drive continuous improvements in system usability and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
