Job summary

TechLink Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Developer to support and enhance an enterprise Oracle EPM Cloud environment.

This hands-on role focuses on development and configuration rather than traditional administration, translating business requirements into technical EPM solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years working with EPM Planning, Groovy scripting, and data integrations, and will collaborate with stakeholders on enhancements and reporting needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud experience.
• Experience with Oracle EPM Planning / EPBCS / PBCS.
• Proficient in Groovy scripting and business rules.
• Experience with data integrations and scheduled data loads.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and enhance Oracle EPM Planning applications.
• Develop and maintain Groovy calculation scripts and business rules.
• Create and modify planning models, dimensions, hierarchies, forms, and calculations.
• Troubleshoot application issues and support defect resolution.
• Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled data loads and integration rules.
• Maintain and improve EPM Automate scripts and automation.
• Support LCM migrations across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments.
• Partner with business stakeholders on enhancements and reporting needs.
• Translate requirements into Oracle EPM solutions.
• Assist with testing (SIT/UAT) and documentation.
• Support security, access, reporting, auditing, and ongoing maintenance.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Developer to support and enhance an enterprise Oracle EPM Cloud environment. This is a hands-on development and configuration role — not a traditional Oracle System Administrator position.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle EPM Planning and experience building and improving EPM applications, developing forms and calculations, troubleshooting defects, managing data integrations, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build, configure, and enhance Oracle EPM Planning applications
• Develop and maintain Groovy calculation scripts and business rules
• Create and modify planning models, dimensions, hierarchies, forms, and calculations
• Troubleshoot application issues and support defect resolution
• Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled data loads and integration rules
• Maintain and improve EPM Automate scripts and automation

• Partner directly with business stakeholders on application enhancements and reporting needs
• Translate functional requirements and process designs into Oracle EPM solutions
• Support testing, including SIT/UAT and documentation

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud experience
• Strong experience with Oracle EPM Planning / EPBCS / PBCS
• Deep understanding of planning applications, forms, calculations, reporting, and auditing
• Experience with Groovy scripting and business rules
• Strong knowledge of EPM Automate and application automation
• Experience with data integrations, mappings, and scheduled data loads
• Experience with Oracle EPM implementations and application enhancements
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and independently make application changes
• Strong documentation, requirements gathering, and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Media & Entertainment industry experience
• Experience with subscriber/revenue forecasting
• Exposure to AI or other forward-thinking automation solutions
