Job summary

Visara Human Capital Services seeks a highly skilled Oracle EPM consultant to join our Oracle practice, transforming clients' financial consolidation and close processes with ARCS, FCCS, ESSBASE, and PBCS.

You will lead end-to-end implementations, configure PBCS for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and support UAT, Go-Live and Hypercare. Remote or hybrid work options are available, with offshore collaboration and strong client communication.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / MBA or equivalent with finance functional knowledge.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Extensive experience with Oracle EPM and FP&A processes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, offshore environment.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to clients and conducting demos.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations including ARCS, FCCS, and ESSBASE.
• Configure and support PBCS for financial planning, budgeting and reporting.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• UAT, Go-Live and Hypercare support responsibilities.
• Develop integrations and process automations.

Role & responsibilities

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM ARCS, FMS amd ODD
• Should have worked on end-to-end EPM - ESSBASE / FCCS & ARCS implementations
• Implement and support Oracle EPM PBCS for financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Assist with financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience in configuring and supporting the ESSBASE analytics and FCCS application
• Integration of PBCS with Fusion ERP.
• Independently write Business rules.
• Implement Custom Oracle EPM applications.
• Able to handle UAT and Go-Live, Hypercare Support.
• Should be able to work on integrations and automations.
• Knowledge on Groovy scripting and process automations is a plus

Requirements

• Good functional knowledge with relevant educational qualifications B.Tech / MBA or equivalent [Finance functional knowledge would be needed]
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Extensive experience in working with Oracle EPM and FP&A processes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, offshore environment.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable talking to the client, conducting demos
