Job summary

Jade Global is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Cloud Support Specialist to join our Enterprise Applications practice in Chicago, IL. This role focuses on delivering L2/L3 application support, system enhancements, and incident management for global client environments running Oracle EPM Cloud applications.

The candidate will diagnose issues, implement bug fixes, and optimize performance across Smart View, rules, data integration, and automation scripts.

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM Cloud administration or support (PBCS/EPBCS).
Strong proficiency in Smart View, Business Rules, Data Integration, and script automation (EPM Automate, Groovy, or PowerShell).
Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation concepts.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle EPM Cloud applications and incident management.
Diagnose issues and implement bug fixes and optimizations based on client priorities.
Maintain and enhance EPM artifacts such as rules, calc scripts, and forms; support monthly close.
Monitor data loads, integrations, and Groovy scripts; manage routine automation.
Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, and IT to support close and planning cycles.
