Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Architect in Pleasanton, CA, to deliver end-to-end EPM implementations for clients. You will engage across the full project lifecycle and collaborate with onshore teams and clients to ensure successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 10–20 years in EPM delivery, strong Oracle EPM cloud skills, and a track record of leading high-performing teams. Occasional travel to client sites is expected to support project needs.

Qualifications

10-20 years of experience in EPM implementation modules and at least 2 implementations in Oracle EPM/HFM/FCSS or related modules.
Expertise in Oracle EPM cloud functionality: data management, security, reporting, workflows, forms, task manager, and related tools.
Proficient in designing and implementing EPM data integration solutions.
Strong understanding of financial statements, close, budgeting and forecasting processes.

Responsibilities

Act as a techno-functional & functional/solution architect to deliver Oracle EPM implementation projects.
Navigate SDLC phases: requirements, design, development, testing, training, deployment, and post go-live support.
Be solution-oriented and eager to learn new technologies for client needs.
Ensure quality and completeness of all deliverables and adhere to consulting standards.
Collaborate with onshore and client stakeholders in a timely manner.
Willing to lead a small team of developers and build high-performing teams.
Willing to travel onsite on short or long-term basis as needed.
Demonstrate strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
