Job summary

Programmers is seeking an EPM Developer to design and develop Oracle EPM Planning solutions supporting financial planning and analysis. The role covers out-of-box and custom planning modules, with a focus on data integrations and performance optimization.

You will collaborate with onsite and offshore teams, ensuring smooth hand-offs and timely delivery, while applying Agile practices and staying current with Oracle EPM technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science / information technology / related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM, including Planning and EPBCS modules.
• Experience building data integrations between EPM and other IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Oracle EPM solutions including out-of-box and custom planning modules.
• Develop and maintain data integration processes between EPM and other applications.
• Optimize performance of EPM apps through monthly cycles.
• Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams for knowledge transfer and hand-offs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementations.
• Stay current with Oracle EPM technologies and best practices.
