Insight Global in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Cloud Administrator/Analyst to support EPBCS budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles with a focus on data integrity and governance.
You will maintain metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, forms, dashboards and reports, validate data loads, and troubleshoot integrations with accounting, treasury and data warehouses. Collaboration with Finance and IT is essential.
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Cloud Administrator/Analyst to support the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our Oracle EPM Cloud environment, with a strong focus on EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service). This individual will be responsible for supporting budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes while ensuring the overall health, stability, and effectiveness of the platform. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience maintaining metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, forms, dashboards, reports, and business rules within Oracle EPM Cloud environments. They will partner closely with Finance and IT teams to support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles, application security, change management, system governance, and ongoing application enhancements.
On a day-to-day basis, this person will load, validate, reconcile, and certify financial and operational data within EPBCS to support actuals, forecasts, budgets, and management reporting. They will monitor and troubleshoot data integrations and recurring data feeds from Accounting, Treasury, ALM, HR, data warehouse platforms, and other source systems. Responsibilities will also include investigating data quality issues, reconciling variances between source systems, EPBCS, Smart View reports, and downstream reporting outputs, documenting key data flows and recurring business processes, testing Oracle EPM monthly releases and configuration updates, and identifying opportunities to automate manual reporting and data validation activities.
Qualified candidates must possess strong Oracle EPM Cloud and EPBCS experience, including hands‑on expertise with master data management, metadata maintenance, dimensions, hierarchies, business rules, financial data reconciliation, Smart View reporting, and troubleshooting integrations between source systems and EPBCS. Banking industry experience is preferred but not required. Additional experience with Enterprise Data Management (EDM), Profitability & Cost Management (PCM), EPMAutomate, Data Management, Data Integrations, Narrative Reporting, Treasury systems, or Asset Liability Management (ALM) data will be considered a strong plus. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working cross‑functionally with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and IT stakeholders to support critical planning and reporting functions. Pay will range from $70 - $90/hr.
