Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle EPM, with hands-on EPBCS/PBCS.
• Experience leading full lifecycle EPBCS implementations in an Architect or Lead Consultant capacity.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment of Oracle EPBCS solutions across Financials, Workforce, Capital Planning, Projects, and Strategic Modeling.
• Partner with Finance and FP&A teams to design and implement budgeting, forecasting, rolling forecast, and long-range planning solutions.
• Define solution architecture, including dimensional design, cube strategy (BSO/ASO), metadata, security, business rules, and inter-module data flows.
• Develop and optimize Groovy scripts, Calculation Manager business rules, and automated planning processes to improve application performance and user experience.
• Design and implement inbound and outbound integrations using Data Management, Data Exchange, REST APIs, and EPM Automate.
• Integrate Oracle EPBCS with Oracle ERP Cloud and other enterprise applications.
• Establish architecture standards, governance models, and best practices for Oracle Planning Cloud implementations.
• Leverage Oracle EPM AI capabilities, Predictive Planning, IPM Insights, and Agent Studio to enhance planning accuracy and streamline decision-making.
• Produce technical design documents, integration specifications, configuration workbooks, and operational runbooks.
• Support solution workshops, architecture reviews, proof-of-concepts, and client presentations as needed.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPBCS Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Planning Cloud architecture, enterprise financial planning processes, and cloud-based EPM technologies. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to Finance and FP&A stakeholders, translating complex planning and forecasting requirements into scalable, high-performing solutions that drive business value.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle EPM solutions, including extensive hands‑on experience with Oracle EPBCS/PBCS.
• Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle Oracle EPBCS implementations in an Architect or Lead Consultant capacity.
• Business Rules Development
• Strong functional knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and driver-based planning.
• Experience designing scalable planning and forecasting models for enterprise organizations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PCMCS/EPCM (Profitability and Cost Management).
• Experience integrating Oracle EPM with Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Exposure to Oracle EPM AI, Predictive Planning, IPM Insights, and Agent Studio.
• Consulting experience within large enterprise environments.
