Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced Oracle Engineer to implement and customize Oracle Fusion ORC, Talent, and Learning within HCM. You will design integrations, manage multi-region configurations, and work with agile/waterfall delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities include patch impact analysis, CRP sessions, and developing workflows and reports while leveraging Oracle Journeys and OIC for enterprise orchestration.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Oracle Fusion: ORC, Talent, Learning.
• Experience with multi-region/country Oracle HCM, ORC, Talent configuration & administration.
• Develop inbound/outbound, file/API based integrations for Oracle HCM.
• Experience consuming Oracle delivered APIs and integrating with enterprise applications.
• Experience in HCM quarterly patches impact analysis and validation.
• Customization experience (DFF/EFF), reporting customizations, concurrent programs, value sets, form functions, and functional setups.
• Experience in workflows development, implementation, and customization with full project lifecycle; familiarity with agile & Waterfall.
• Experience with Oracle Journeys.
• Experience handling Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation.
• Familiar with Agile & Waterfall and CRP fit-gap analysis.
• Knowledge of skill nexus, GEN AI in Oracle, LLMs, OIC, security provisioning knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Implement Oracle Fusion ORC, Talent, and Learning modules.
• Configure and administer multi-region Oracle HCM environments.
• Design and develop integrations for Oracle HCM using inbound/outbound File/API.
• Consume Oracle-delivered APIs and integrate with enterprise apps.
• Analyze impact of quarterly HCM patches and validate changes.
• Customize reports and define forms, workflows, and value sets; manage concurrent programs.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Experience of Implementing Oracle Fusion: ORC, Talent, Learning

Salary Range- $110,000-$120,000 a year
