Desired Skills & Experience

Required

• • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred

• • At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• • At least 4 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
• • At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
• • At least 4 years of experience in Oracle application testing
• • At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test Design
• • Experience in Supply chain domain is an added advantage.
• • At least 1-2 years of experience in one or more scripting languages or automation tools like OATS and Selenium
• • Atleast 4 years of experience with test management tools like HP Quality center , preparation of Test strategy, test execution analysis & reporting.
• • At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting.
• • At least 4 years of experience with Test Deliveries in an onsite-offshore model and diverse stakeholder environment.
• • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• • Analytical and Communication skills / Planning and Co-ordination skills / Experience with project management
