Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking an experienced IT leader to drive Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud migrations. You will bridge business needs with enterprise architecture, guiding major transformations and collaborating with global teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

You will act as SME, steer product roadmaps, apply Agile Scrum, manage risk, and ensure alignment with strategic goals while supporting a high-performing IT organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 8+ years IT experience.
• 5+ years leading Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion migration projects.
• Experience coordinating with business stakeholders and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Oracle solutions.
• Lead technical delivery and coordinate across IT teams and vendors.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle of Fusion Cloud implementations.
• Develop strategic vision and roadmaps to migrate Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud.
• Provide SME guidance to Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Promote Agile Scrum practices and continuous improvements.
