Job summary

LOWCODEMINDS is seeking an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Lead/Architect to drive solution design, configuration, and cross-functional delivery across enterprise modules. The role emphasizes strong technical leadership, incident resolution, and end-to-end project execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS experience in technical roles.
• Expertise in one or more EBS modules (Financials, SCM, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, HRMS).
• Strong Oracle EBS architecture, configurations, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience with OAF (Oracle Application Framework).
• Experience with Oracle Reporting Forms.
• Experience with BI Publisher.
• Experience with Workflow Builder.
• Experience with SQL, PL/SQL and basic debugging/troubleshooting (techno-functional roles).
• Ability to gather requirements, prepare documentation, and design end-to-end solutions.
• Experience supporting month-end or year-end financial/billing cycles is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business users to gather requirements and design scalable Oracle EBS solutions.
• Configure Oracle EBS modules, implement enhancements, support customizations, and ensure architectural consistency.
• Provide advanced support for incidents, defects, and system issues; perform root-cause analysis.
• Assist with integrations between Oracle EBS and external systems, including data mapping and validation.
• Develop and execute test cases; support SIT/UAT, resolve defects, and assist with deployment and stabilization.
• Prepare detailed configuration documents, functional/technical specifications, and user guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during project planning and workshops.
