Job summary

SMX in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an accomplished Associate to develop, customize, and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite applications, including PL/SQL scripting and module configuration.

You will work with functional teams to ensure business processes align with client requirements, support data migration, and troubleshoot issues, applying strong SQL/PL/SQL skills and a deep understanding of Oracle EBS architecture.

Qualifications

• Active clearance or public trust (sponsor dependent).
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, with Oracle EBS development tools.
• Experience with GL, Cash Management, and Treasury modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of financial business processes (AP/AR/GL).
• Experience with SDLC and data integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT.
• Minimum 15 years' experience; postgraduate study may substitute.
• Oracle APEX experience (or similar report writer).
• Oracle E-Business Suite R12 experience.
• Procurement and projects costing module experience.

Responsibilities

• Development and customization within Oracle EBS to meet business needs.
• Build and maintain interfaces for data migration and integration via XML Publisher/APIs.
• Provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Perform system analysis, upgrades, and ensure performance and data integrity.
• Test RICE components and document development processes.
