Job summary

SMX is seeking accomplished Associates to develop, customize, and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite applications. You will write PL/SQL scripts, configure modules, and troubleshoot issues while supporting business processes and data migrations.

The role requires strong SQL/PL/SQL skills, Oracle EBS experience, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, with a focus on reliability and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Active clearance or public trust based on sponsor.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, AME, along with experience in Oracle EBS and development tools.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and OAF.
• Experience in iProcurement, Purchasing, and CLM.
• LOA configuration knowledge and accounting understanding.
• Familiarity with Oracle 12.2.x app schema and ability to create queries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and solution design.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 10 years’ experience; postgraduate study substitutions allowed.
• Experience creating technical documentation.
• Oracle APEX experience or similar report writer.

Responsibilities

• Development and customization: Design and develop custom applications, reports, extensions, and workflows within Oracle EBS to meet business needs.
• Integration: Build and maintain interfaces for data migration and integration with other systems, often using tools like XML Publisher or APIs.
• Technical support: Provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis for the Oracle EBS environment.
• System administration: Perform system analysis, conduct upgrades, and ensure system performance, stability, and data integrity.
• Testing: Perform functional testing and debugging of RICE components.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for all development processes and solutions.
