• Gather business requirements, prepare functional design documents and test scenarios, and coordinate customizations, reports, interfaces, and data conversions with technical teams.
• Lead SIT, UAT, deployment, production support, and issue resolution while collaborating with stakeholders to improve supply chain processes.
