Job Title: Senior Oracle EBS SCM Functional Lead

Location: Research Triangle Park, NC (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Contract (W2 through ZipStaff — No C2C or 1099)

About the Opportunity

ZipStaff is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS SCM Functional Lead to implement and support Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain modules for a leading organization focused on supply chain operations.

The role focuses on requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, production support, and business process optimization across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles. This is a 6-month engagement with potential for extension, working in a hybrid model based in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.

What You’ll Do

• Support Oracle EBS SCM applications across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.
• Configure and maintain Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, BOM, and WIP modules.
• Analyze business requirements and provide scalable functional solutions.
• Prepare functional design documents and test scenarios.
• Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, reports, interfaces, and conversions.
• Perform SIT, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Provide production support and resolve application issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve supply chain processes.

Required Qualifications

• 8 – 10 years of strong experience with Oracle EBS SCM and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
• Hands-on functional experience with Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, BOM, and WIP.
• Good understanding of P2P and O2C business processes.
• Experience with requirements gathering, configuration, functional design, testing, and production support.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work hybrid in the Research Triangle Park, NC area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience leading SCM functional workstreams or acting as a functional lead on Oracle EBS implementations or support.
• Background optimizing supply chain processes in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience coordinating customizations, interfaces, and conversions with technical teams.
• Exposure to both Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
