Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Manufacturing Functional Consultant to join our team for a remote opportunity. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth functional expertise in Oracle EBS R12 modules, including Inventory, Bills of Material (BOM), Work in Process (WIP), and Quality.

This role requires strong experience in conducting Fit-Gap Analysis, CRP sessions, functional configurations, and end-to-end implementation and support activities including RICEW components. You will collaborate closely with customer process consultants and business SMEs to ensure successful solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fit-gap analysis, solution design, and functional documentation.
• Conduct CRP sessions, resolve issues raised, and provide support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Configure Oracle EBS R12 modules (Inventory, BOM, WIP, Quality) as per business requirements.
• Participate in and support System Integration Testing (SIT), UAT, deployment, and cutover activities.
• Work on the development and/or modification of RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
• Provide hypercare and post go-live support.
• Interact and coordinate with customer stakeholders, SMEs, technical teams, and other vendors.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve functional and technical issues.
• Prepare and execute test plans, track issues, and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 10–12 years of experience in Oracle EBS application development, implementation, rollouts, and support.
• Strong expertise in Oracle EBS Inventory, BOM, WIP, and Quality modules.
• Proven experience with full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.
• Exposure to or experience in Discrete Manufacturing domain is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive activities to completion.
