Job summary

Intone Inc. is seeking an Oracle EBS Project Manager for a contract engagement to lead a strategic consulting and enterprise design effort. The initial assessment is ~8–10 weeks, with potential for a longer term engagement.

The role is remote and based in the US. You will manage the overall project, lead one functional area, and coordinate a small team while preparing detailed documentation and presenting strategic recommendations to C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience with Oracle EBS implementations or transformations (contract or project-based).
• Deep functional expertise in at least one area: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or General Ledger.
• Ability to manage teams and produce clear, detailed documentation.
• Experience communicating with and engaging executive-level stakeholders.

This is a contract position for an Oracle EBS Project Manager to lead a strategic consulting and enterprise design engagement. The initial assessment phase is approximately 8–10 weeks, with opportunity for a longer-term engagement to follow. The role is remote and based in the US.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall project, ensuring delivery against timelines and objectives
• Own and lead one of three functional areas: Supply Chain (Inventory, Order Management, Shipping, Configurator); Manufacturing (Configure to Order, Engineer to Order, Bills of Material, Work in Process, Configurator); or General Ledger (Project Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable)
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Lead and coordinate a team of three resources across the assigned functional areas
• Interface and communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders
• Drive enterprise design decisions and strategic recommendations

Qualifications

Required

• Proven project management experience with Oracle EBS implementations or transformations
• Deep functional expertise in at least one of the three areas: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or General Ledger
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and create clear, detailed documentation
• Experience communicating and engaging with executive-level stakeholders
• Strong organizational and leadership skills

Preferred

• Experience managing multiple functional areas within Oracle EBS
• Background in enterprise system design and strategic consulting
• Previous involvement in end-to-end EBS implementations
