Job summary

Proven Process Group in the Akron/Cleveland area seeks an Oracle EBS Order Management Analyst to own the order-to-ship flow within Oracle R12, collaborating with customer service, warehouse, and shipping teams.

You will configure, troubleshoot, test changes, and train users, while bridging business needs with IT and supporting invoicing as needed. Hybrid work 2–3 days onsite; not remote. Full-time, direct hire with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle EBS R12 Order Management and Shipping Execution configuration experience.
• Background in manufacturing or distribution.
• Ability to act as the go-to between the business and IT.
• Advanced Pricing or EDI experience is a plus.

Job description

A well-established product manufacturer in the Akron/Cleveland area needs an Oracle EBS Order Management Analyst. You'll own the order-to-ship side of their Oracle R12 environment and work directly with customer service, warehouse and shipping teams to keep orders moving. This is a business-facing role. You'll work alongside a technical Oracle EBS resource, so your time goes toward configuration, problem solving and improving how things work. About 90 percent of the work is Order Management and shipping.

What you'll do

• Configure and support Oracle EBS Order Management and Shipping Execution, including order, line and transaction types, workflow assignments, shipping setup, pick release and ship confirm.
• Troubleshoot stuck orders, holds and shipping issues and get to the root cause.
• Gather requirements, test changes and train users.
• Support invoicing and AR when needed.

What is needed

• Hands-on Oracle EBS R12 Order Management and Shipping Execution configuration experience, beyond end-user work.
• A background in manufacturing or distribution.
• Comfort being the go-to person between the business and IT.
• Advanced Pricing or EDI experience is a plus.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without employer sponsorship.

The details

• Akron/Cleveland area, hybrid 2 to 3 days a week onsite, so you'll need to live within a reasonable commute. This is not a remote role.
