Infosys is seeking an Oracle EBS Lead Developer with Salesforce experience

The position is primarily responsible for providing solutions on the Parts Portal systems & processes according to customer requirements. The selected candidate will lead requirements elicitation, create Application Architecture Documents (AAD), develop design artifacts, review team deliverables, deliver high-quality code, support deployment and post-deployment activities, support transition activities, interface with internal teams and stakeholders, and analyze and resolve issues to ensure high-quality deliverables at each SDLC stage within established guidelines, policies, and norms.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the field can substitute for each year of education.
• Candidates must be within commuting distance of Columbus, IN or willing to relocate.
• Applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle EBS Suite Release 11i & R12, including modules like AP, AR, OM, INV, PO, HRMS, OPM, AOL, and System Administration.
• Expertise in technical and functional aspects of Salesforce and Oracle EBS (R12 and 11i).
• Experience with SFDC implementations, including Salesforce1, Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Chatter, and AppExchange applications.
• Experience supporting international clients and go-live projects, including onsite experience.
• Involvement in requirements gathering, plant visits for go-live support, and expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, XML/BI Publisher.
• Hands-on experience with OPM, SCM (OM, INV), Finance (AP, AR, GL), and HRMS modules.
• Strong knowledge of AOL and System Administration Modules.
• Experience implementing RICE components in technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to convert functional specifications into technical designs using SQL, PL/SQL, Developer 6i/10g, XML Publisher.
• Familiarity with Oracle AIM methodology.
• Knowledge of Cloud Integration, Conversions, and Reports.
• Proficiency with Oracle tools and databases such as Oracle 10g/9i, XML Publisher, TOAD, SQL*PLUS, SQL*Loader, SQL* Developer; GUI tools like Developer 6i & 10G; scripting languages like UNIX Shell.
• Experience with tools/utilities like SQL*Loader, UTL Packages, TortoiseSVN; languages including SQL, PLSQL; and cloud platforms like OIC.
