Job summary

Yakshna Solutions, Inc. seeks an DMV ERP Analyst 3 in Richmond, VA to analyze, design, develop, and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite Financial modules (R12). You will work with business teams to gather requirements and implement new functionality, while ensuring secure coding and governance practices.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, functions, and reports.
• Troubleshooting and resolving application issues, performance problems, and data discrepancies.
• Experience with data migration and interface development (APIs, Web Services, flat-file integrations).
• Experience analyzing, designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining Oracle E-Business Suite Financial modules.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with business and technical teams.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices, change management, and IT governance policies.
• Experience with Oracle EBS Financial modules such as AR, AP, GL and related custom processes.
• Familiarity with TOAD, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher and Oracle DB administration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, optimize, and maintain customizations, extensions, and integrations for Oracle E-Business Suite Financial modules (R12).
• Provide documentation on system and process enhancements.
• Coordinate regular system updates with the DBA and implement enhancements to meet operational requirements.
• Support core financial modules: AR, AP, GL, and custom processes in Oracle.
• Gather requirements with business and functional teams and implement new functionality.
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, functions, and reports.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues, performance problems, and data discrepancies.
• Support data migration and interface development activities, including API calls and web services.
• Ensure adherence to secure coding practices and IT governance policies.
• Collaborate with DBAs, system admins, and infra teams for reliable environments.
• Participate in project planning, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to internal teams.
• Lead scoping, requirements gathering, estimating, and planning for single/multiple workstreams.
