Job summary

Expert Technology Services is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS – Finance specialist with 10+ years in financial application support and development. The role focuses on AP, AR, GL, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets, with a strong emphasis on O2C processes and multi‑national project experience.

The ideal candidate will lead or participate in full lifecycle implementations, document workflows with MS Visio, and ensure adherence to accounting standards and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial application support and development.
• Hands-on experience implementing Oracle Financial Applications including AP, AR, GL, CE, FA.
• Strong knowledge of the Order to Cash (O2C) process.
• Completion of 3 to 5 full lifecycle implementations in Oracle financial modules.
• Experience working within multinational organizations.
• Documentation of workflows using standard tools such as MS Visio.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial application support and development for Oracle financial modules.
• Assist with O2C processes and related financial workflows.
• Capture and document configurations and business processes.
• Participate in multinational project teams and migrations (EBS to Fusion).
• Support compliance with accounting conventions and local regulations.

• - Strong knowledge of the Order to Cash (O2C) process
• - Completed 3 to 5 full lifecycle implementations in Oracle financial modules
• - In-depth understanding of financial applications and business process support solutions
• - Experience working within multinational organizations
• - Proficient in documenting workflows using tools like MS Visio
• - Solid knowledge of accounting conventions and local legislative requirements
• - Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably in Accounting, Finance, or related field)
• - Oracle Fusion experience is an advantage
• - Experience migrating or working on EBS R12 to Fusion projects preferred
• - Previous supervisory experience is desirable
• - Professional accounting certification (CPA, CA, or equivalent) is a plus
• - Certifications in Oracle financial modules (AP, AR, GL, etc.) are beneficial
• - Experience implementing Oracle O2C modules
• - Mandatory skill: Oracle EBS - Finance
