Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a software professional with 10+ years of EBS experience in Financials and Procurement to design, develop, and test enterprise applications across core ERP modules.

You will resolve incidents, manage data integration across systems, document requirements with business partners, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of EBS experience in Financials and Procurement.
• Experience with Source-to-Pay or financial ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion, Coupa, Oracle OIC, and Oracle EBS.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, development and testing of software applications.
• Resolves day-to-day incidents to assure the integrity of the services being provided.
• Consume, transform and update data between two or more systems using integration software.
• Consults with business partners to create documentation relating to the program definition, development, business requirements. Documentation includes software objectives, deliverables, and end user specifications
• Writes, translates, and codes software scripts, programs and applications according to specifications and end user requirement
• Designs, runs, and monitors software performance tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement. Support in the smooth maintenance of the system 2 and provide data to the end users in a timely manner
• Prepares and writes reports for management and/or team members on the status of assignments
• Trains end users to operate new or modified programs
• Conducts research on emerging application development software products, languages, and standards in support of development efforts
• Works with external vendors to assure efficient implementation of software products or systems
• Keeps abreast of new and changing technological advances in program languages, utilities, tools, and client/server technology to assure achievement of ETL/Development of reports, so users can make proper decisions
• Follow the IT procedures and naming conventions guidance. Also provide proper documentation as required by IT standards
