Job summary

JTEC Consulting LLC is seeking a junior-mid level Oracle EBS Developer to support ongoing hiring needs for Oracle Maintenance and Financial solutions for federal programs. You will work with Scrum teams on design, development, and integration for Oracle EBS, with OBIEE proficiency required.

Qualified candidates must have a strong Oracle EBS background, be US citizens with a current Secret clearance, and able to work from a US-based location remotely.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship; no dual citizenship.
• Current Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 years of hands-on development and testing experience with Oracle EBS.
• Hands-on development experience with Oracle EBS Financial, SCM, or Maintenance modules.
• Oracle EBS development with PL/SQL and/or Java.
• Experience with Oracle SOA.
• Experience with Oracle Reporting.
• Experience with Oracle r12.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Self-driven in a dynamic environment with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Oracle EBS development to support business process and application requirements.
• Work within a Scrum team to deliver configuration and development iteratively.
• Support design, development, and break-fix activities for Oracle EBS r12 Maintenance and Financial solutions.
• Assist Definition of Ready by identifying sprint-ready items.
• Break down Epics and User Stories into actionable tasks for planning.
• Estimate backlog items for Epics and User Stories.
• Support sprint planning with Definition of Done considerations.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and report status and impediments.
• Maintain progress updates with Product Owner and team.
• Manage project tasks with Kanban/Scrum boards and Jira.
