Job summary

The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (APL) seeks an experienced Oracle EBS Developer to join the Business Applications team in supporting Oracle Projects, Accounts Payable, Procurement, and General Ledger modules. You will extend and integrate Oracle EBS with enterprise systems, delivering scalable, data-driven solutions.

Role requires collaboration with analysts and developers, and the ability to design and implement reliable interfaces, reports, and workflows across EBS

Qualifications

  • Analyze requirements and design, develop, extend Oracle EBS customizations and interfaces (CEMLI/RICE).
  • 5+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS development experience.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS Open Interfaces, Public APIs, Concurrent Programs, and Workflows.
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex production issues.
  • Produce technical designs, code docs, test plans, and deployment docs.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers.
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable solutions for Oracle EBS.
  • Improve operational efficiency across enterprise processes.
  • Support Oracle EBS applications including SRs, patches, and upgrades.
  • Assist in enterprise integration using EBS APIs and REST/XML.
