Job summary

Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is seeking an Oracle EBS Developer for a remote US role. You will develop and enhance A2R modules across Projects, Fixed Assets, Inventory and GL, while building interfaces and automation for asset lifecycle processes.

Required are 5+ years in Oracle EBS development, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, and RICE-FW, with SAFe/Agile experience and strong communication. Security clearance (NACLC/IT-II) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS development.
• Experience with Oracle Projects, FA, and Inventory/P2P integrations.
• Proven ability to develop interfaces between ERP and external systems.
• Experience with RICE-FW objects, Interfaces and Conversions.
• Knowledge of audit requirements and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance A2R modules across Oracle EBS (Projects, FA, Inventory, GL).
• Build and maintain interfaces and data integrations.
• Automate capitalization, asset accounting, depreciation, and valuation.
• Perform DIT, SIT, UAT and troubleshoot lifecycle processing issues.
• Create ICDs and data mappings; collaborate with SMEs on A2R workflows.

Oracle EBS Developer

Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking an Oracle EBS Developer to work for our company.

Summary

Client Agency is Defense Logistics Agency. Experience with DAI / Oracle Federal Financials. Familiarity with: DPAS / ELMS or similar asset management systems DLMS / CTAS or DoD logistics standards. Experience with automation of capitalization and asset accounting processes. Understanding of audit requirements (FIAR, NFR remediation, valuation & completeness). Develop and enhanceA2R-related modulesacross Oracle EBS (Projects, Fixed Assets, Inventory, GL)and supporting asset/logisticssystems (e.g., ELMS/DPAS). Design and implementGlobal Capitalization Interfaceand related automation components. Build andmaintainRICE-FW components that interface (APSR DAI, ELMS EBS), conversions and extensionsforasset data, reportsforasset lifecycle tracking. Develop automation for bulk capitalization of assets, cost accumulation and transfer, depreciation and valuation processes. Implement and enhancejournal import controls and accounting event triggers.Support integration to reduce, manual data entry, material misstatements, and timing delays in asset capitalization. Perform development Integration Testing (DIT), system Integration Testing (SIT), user Acceptance Testing (UAT). Troubleshoot and resolvedata, interface, and lifecycle processing issues. Developtechnical documentation, interface control documents (ICDs), and data mappings.Collaborate with functional SMEs onA2R process flows and requirements

Requirements

• Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
• Relevant Oracle or ERP certification preferred.
• Five (5) years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS development supporting asset or financial modules.
• Must have experience with:Oracle Projects (CIP/WIP), Fixed Assets (FA), Inventory /Procure-to-Pay (P2P) integrations.
• Experience developinginterfaces and integrationsbetween ERP and external systems.
• Must have experience in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, XML Publisher (BI Publisher)and interface development (APIs, open interfaces, data loaders).
• Experience withRICE-FW objects(especially Interfaces and Conversions).
• Experience supportingdata validation, reconciliation, and audit traceability
• Experience working inAgile (SAFepreferred) environments.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience withDAI / Oracle Federal Financials.
