Job summary

Information Technology Strategies, Inc. seeks an Oracle EBS Developer to support asset and financial modules for defense and government initiatives in the United States.

You will develop interfaces, automation, and A2R components across Projects, Fixed Assets, Inventory, and GL, and collaborate with SMEs on AP/AR processes and data integrity. The role requires 5+ years in Oracle EBS development, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, and experience integrating ERP with external systems.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of relevant Oracle EBS development experience (asset or financial modules).
• Experience with Oracle Projects (CIP/WIP), FA, Inventory/P2P integrations.
• Experience developing interfaces between ERP and external systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance A2R-related modules across Oracle EBS and supporting asset/logistics systems.
• Design and implement Global Capitalization Interface and automation components.
• Build and maintain RICE-FW components that interface and data mappings.
• Perform development Integration Testing (DIT), SIT, and UAT.

Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking an Oracle EBS Developer to work for our company.

Summary:

Client Agency is Defense Logistics Agency. Experience with DAI / Oracle Federal Financials. Familiarity with: DPAS / ELMS or similar asset management systems DLMS / CTAS or DoD logistics standards. Experience with automation of capitalization and asset accounting processes. Understanding of audit requirements (FIAR, NFR remediation, valuation & completeness). Develop and enhance A2R-related modules across Oracle EBS (Projects, Fixed Assets, Inventory, GL) and supporting asset/logistics systems (e.g., ELMS/DPAS). Design and implement Global Capitalization Interface and related automation components. Build and maintain RICE-FW components that interface (APSR to DAI, ELMS to EBS), conversions and extensions for asset data, reports for asset lifecycle tracking. Develop automation for bulk capitalization of assets, cost accumulation and transfer, depreciation and valuation processes. Implement and enhance journal import controls and accounting event triggers. Support integration to reduce, manual data entry, material misstatements, and timing delays in asset capitalization. Perform development Integration Testing (DIT), system Integration Testing (SIT), user Acceptance Testing (UAT). Troubleshoot and resolve data, interface, and lifecycle processing issues. Develop technical documentation, interface control documents (ICDs), and data mappings . Collaborate with functional SMEs on A2R process flows and requirements

Requirements:

• Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
• Relevant Oracle or ERP certification preferred.
• Five (5) years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS development supporting asset or financial modules.
• Must have experience with: Oracle Projects (CIP/WIP), Fixed Assets (FA), Inventory / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) integrations.
• Experience developing interfaces and integrations between ERP and external systems.
• Must have experience in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, XML Publisher (BI Publisher) and interface development (APIs, open interfaces, data loaders).
• Experience with RICE-FW objects (especially Interfaces and Conversions).
• Experience supporting data validation, reconciliation, and audit traceability
• Experience working in Agile (SAFe preferred) environments.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with DAI / Oracle Federal Financials.
• Familiarity with DPAS / ELMS or similar asset management systems and DLMS / CTAS or DoD logistics standards.
• Experience with automation of capitalization and asset accounting processes.
• Understanding of audit requirements (FIAR, NFR remediation, valuation & completeness).
