Job summary

Tessera Labs is seeking a senior engagement lead to drive discovery and fit-gap engagements for customers migrating from legacy ERP to Oracle E-Business Suite. You will work alongside Oracle module consultants, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Principal Architects as part of the Center of Excellence alongside Tessera AI agents.

This remote role includes travel to customer sites for discovery workshops, with approximately 75% discovery leadership and 25% platform enablement and pre-sales support.

• Lead discovery and fit-gap engagements for customers moving from legacy ERP to Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Work alongside Oracle module consultants, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Principal Architects.
• Be part of the Center of Excellence alongside Tessera AI agents.

Engagement Model:

• Approximately 75% leading discovery and fit-gap engagements, 25% platform enablement and pre-sales support.
• Multi-engagement solution architect role with immediate start.
• Remote with travel to customer sites for discovery workshops as needed.
