Tessera Labs is seeking an Oracle E-Business Suite Solution Architect — Fit-Gap Discovery Lead to guide discovery engagements and shape ERP migration strategy.

This remote role is US-based with travel to customer sites for workshops. It requires 15+ years of experience, alignment to US business hours, and a split: ~75% leading discovery and fit-gap engagements, 25% platform enablement, pre-sales support and product input.

Engagement model: Multi-engagement solution architect role. Approximately 75% leading

discovery and fit-gap engagements for customers moving from a legacy ERP to Oracle E-

Business Suite, 25% platform enablement, pre-sales support and product input. Works US

business hours alongside customers, Oracle module consultants, Forward Deployed Engineers

and the Principal Architects.
