Job summary

IPolarity in Chambersburg, PA is seeking an experienced Oracle Discrete Manufacturing Functional Lead to drive a large EBS transformation. You will translate shop-floor processes into scalable Oracle solutions across multiple facilities, collaborating with plant leadership, production, quality, engineering, and IT.

The role requires deep EBS Discrete Manufacturing expertise, BOM, Engineering, and WIP control, plus strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle EBS functional consulting experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing environments.
• Proven background supporting manufacturing ERP implementations and transformations.
• Experience working with production, quality, engineering, inventory, and operations teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation activities within Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing modules.
• Serve as the primary manufacturing solution lead for Oracle EBS transformation and deployment initiatives.
• Work directly with plant leadership, production, quality, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into Oracle EBS solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle EBS Work in Process (WIP), Bills of Material (BOM), Engineering, Inventory, and Quality modules.
• Support and coordinate RICE components including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions.
• Design and optimize manufacturing processes including routings, labor reporting, inventory transactions, material usage, scrap tracking, and production workflows.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integrations, data conversion activities, and end-to-end solution delivery.
• Lead testing activities including CRP, SIT, and UAT and support deployment and hypercare efforts.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best-practice Oracle manufacturing solutions.
• Develop functional specifications, process documentation, and user training materials.

Job Title: Oracle Discrete Manufacturing Functional Lead

Location: Chambersburg, PA (Hybrid - 2 to 3 days onsite per week)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Discrete Manufacturing Functional Lead to support a large-scale Oracle EBS R12.1.3 transformation program. This role will serve as the manufacturing solution lead responsible for translating complex manufacturing operations into scalable Oracle EBS solutions across multiple production facilities. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing and will partner closely with plant leadership, production, quality, engineering, and IT stakeholders to deliver robust manufacturing processes and system enhancements.
