Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks an experienced Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing Functional Lead to support a large-scale transformation program. This role will translate complex manufacturing operations into scalable Oracle EBS solutions across multiple production facilities, partnering with plant leadership and IT.

The candidate will lead functional design, configuration, WIP, BOM, Engineering, Inventory and Quality modules, manage RICE components, and drive process improvements and end-to-end

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle EBS functional consulting experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing environments.
• Proven background supporting manufacturing ERP implementations and transformations.
• Experience working with production, quality, engineering, inventory, and operations teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation activities within Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing modules.
• Serve as the primary manufacturing solution lead for Oracle EBS transformation and deployment initiatives.
• Work with plant leadership, engineering, quality, and production teams to translate requirements into Oracle EBS solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle EBS Work in Process (WIP), Bills of Material (BOM), Engineering, Inventory, and Quality modules.
• Coordinate RICE components including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions.
• Design and optimize manufacturing processes including routings, labor reporting, inventory transactions, material usage, scrap tracking, and production workflows.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integrations, data conversion, and end-to-end delivery.
• Lead testing activities including CRP, SIT, and UAT and support deployment and hypercare.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best-practice Oracle manufacturing solutions.
• Develop functional specifications, process documentation, and user training materials.
